Going Up Terms of Service

By playing this game, you agree to, well, nothing much really. Going Up takes no information besides player authentication details for global leaderboards (if you agree to it) and does nothing but provide you fun. The game does not require you to create an account, does not require you to have wifi, and does not tell me anything about any of the players unless you email me directly and tell me you bought the game.

If you have too much fun and spend an entire day week year playing non-stop, my apologies. It would be wonderful, though, if you left a nice review if that were the case.
